Today when it was -5° Jason Marshall, the owner went out to a residence that I own an investment property and fixed an issue with the furnace to keep my pipes from bursting in my tenants. Happy he dropped everything and went out there on a Saturday morning for me… On target Heating and Air is by far the best HVAC company I’ve used and I’ve been in real estate for over 30 years

Jason and his crew put in a new furnace within a few hours with no problems and we even got an upgrade since the warehouse was out of the model we were quoted Can’t recommend On Target enough!!!

Wonderful Team. Our furnace went out with this latest snow storm. The came same day to diagnose. Got a temporary fix same day. Then complete repair next day. Could not ask for friendlier, faster service. Due to my furnace being older, the replacement part was pricey, but service was super reasonable, trustworthy and reliable!

Our furnace went out in the early afternoon on Saturday, January 24th. We had a few space heaters that we knew we could get by with so rather than calling for help then we waited until Monday morning (today). We called this morning and Jason was out just a couple of hours later. The part we needed was only available in Cincinnati, due to most places being closed because of the snow. Jason made the trip and had our heat back on before 1:00 pm. As always, exceptional service from Jason @On Target Heating and Cooling, LLC
